Active Yoga Better Than Ever!
Active Yoga on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are now 90 minutes long.
We are excited to offer with the addition of roller yoga at the end if you want to enrich your practice with the roller.

Wednesday mornings at 5:30am.
Take on the challenge of our Hot class on Fridays at 6:30pm.
Hot yoga on Sunday has been moved to 4pm and will be alternately taught
by Mary and Caroline.
