January - Read Chapter 1 - Ahimsa=Nonviolence
In Eastern thought, nonviolence is so called that it stands as the very core and foundation of all yoga philosophy and practice.
Week 1 ~1/6-1/12
This week practice Courage by doing 1 thing each day that you normally would not do.
Week 2 ~1/13-1/19
This week guard your balance as you would your most precious resource. Find and do what you need in each moment from your body not your mind.
Week 3 ~1/20-1/26
The week, watch where you are running interference on others' lives. Notice what you might be avoiding in your own life.
Week 4~ 1/27-1/31
For this last week - PRETEND you are Complete!
Bring more and more peace inside of you.
